#1 bobby is pretty much part of OBM. he played the recorder on HE (obvi) and if you look at the lyrics book for BC he produced practically every song on there, so it makes sense that he’d be even more involved on the next album
#2 bobby and xander are best friends. the girls who went backstage in boston said bobby was there hanging out with them the whole time and they were making fun of each other
#3 xander would NEVER lie to us and he says he didnt write it
#4 obviously they were planning this since before BC even came out, cause of how xander talked about the letter in the BC interview. but he wouldnt have done that by himself cause he’s so honest (he can’t help it) so it had to of been bobby who told him to do it
#5 xander doesn’t write stories only songs and poems. if you read the ENTIRE notebook theres not one story in there and hes even said before he has a hard time with “regular writing”
#6 the main character in the letter is russian and xanders birth last name (krassner) is german
#7 xander wouldnt have called himself (writer version) aleksandr cause he hates the name alexander and plus he wouldnt be so obvious about it if he actually wrote it. he’d of made up some different name so we wouldnt think it was him
#8 xander uses big words like penultimate and harlequin and panoply and the words in the letter are all short and simple
#9 xander likes fantasy stuff mostly and the letter is more realistic fiction
#10 there are 6 letters in bobbys first name (robert) and there are also 6 letters in the word letter. AND in the word WRITER. so idk but maybe that’s supposed to be a clue???
NOW obviously if xander says he wrote the letter i’ll change my mind but rn i feel like all the evidence points to bobby so that’s why i’m TB! let me kno what u think and if u have any other reasons i forgot :)

Anyway, that’s the least of the problems here. Most of your reasons are just reasons why Xander didn’t write The Letter, but that doesn’t mean Bobby did.

hey there, this is a great thread! definitely gonna use these on my TX friends. but the letter is historical fiction, not realistic fiction. but other than that really good job!
